A pair of cottages on the north side of Church Road, and west of 60, 62 and 64. Now demolished.

In his book Mitcham Histories: 12 Church Street and Whitford Lane, page 81, Eric Montague said that:

both are on the tithe map of 1847 … timber-framed and weatherboarded … re-roofed in asbestos during 1939-45 war … became derelict in 1982

Replaced by modern buildings.
